So what am I going to do now I'm retired? Following my passion for all things guitar sounded pretty good so I've been building guitars, amps and effects (with some computer stuff mixed in) These pages document some of the work I've done and hopefully, some of it may help other builders - if only to inform you how not to do it.

I really enjoy DIY. Even this site is built by myself which is probably why it's not working quite right in your browser. Pensioners have to watch the pennies and this is my cheapest option. It may also help to keep the old grey matter active.

Most of the limited electronics knowledge I possess has been gleaned from some pretty amazing online resources such as diystompboxes.com a very polite place who's patrons show such willingness to help.
